Rather than focusing only on talking, this approach works with the body to support regulation, healing, and deeper self-connection.

I am committed to making Somatic Therapy as accessible as possible. For this reason, I offer both a standard rate and a subsidised community rate for clients experiencing financial strain. No proof is required, honesty and integrity are deeply appreciated.
