Nervous System Regulation is a supportive, education-based and experiential approach focused on helping your body move out of chronic stress and survival states (fight, flight, freeze, or fawn) and back into regulation.

Rather than processing trauma or deep emotional material, this service focuses on:

  • Understanding how your nervous system works

  • Learning practical tools to calm and stabilise your body

  • Building capacity for stress without overwhelm

  • Creating a sense of safety, predictability, and control

This is especially helpful if you often say:

Pricing & Session Options

I am committed to making all Therapy as accessible as possible. For this reason, I offer both a standard rate and a subsidised community rate for clients experiencing financial strain. No proof is required, honesty and integrity are deeply appreciated.

    R700 per 60-minute session

  • Subsidized Community Rate:
    R350 per 60-minute session
